Houdini hatch leak

Does anybosy know who can rebuild the seals on a houdini hatch? mine is on a family four 1989. i would guess that some sikaflex whould be a good repair on a 20 year old seal but their are no obvious ways of dismantling the glass from the frame.

Any service agents type people would be appreciated.

turns out there is no way to reseal the glazing other than cratching out a portion of old seal and silicon, but with protection bars thats messy.
